god11 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documentation including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
To access god11's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You will create a unique username and secure password for your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify god11 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. god11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.
god11 is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players. Upon registration or before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a selfie holding your KTP, and potentially additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have limited functionality and will be unable to withdraw funds.
Each individual is permitted only one Account on the god11 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. god11 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets, and confiscate any funds or winnings obtained through such Accounts.
god11 supports deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. god11 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your Account originate from a legitimate source and that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your verified Account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
Withdrawal processing times vary based on the amount and your VIP tier. Standard withdrawals under Rp 10,000,000 are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Larger withdrawals may require additional security verification and can take 1-24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. god11 reserves the right to request additional identification or proof of address before processing withdrawal requests.
god11 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits and withdrawals used purely for money transfer purposes without genuine gaming activity may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Settlement of mix parlay bets (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) requires all selections to win; if any selection loses or is void, the entire bet is considered lost unless otherwise stated in the specific bet terms.
All content on the god11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of god11 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from god11, except as necessary for normal Platform usage (such as browser caching).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, god11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
In no event shall god11's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless god11, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your Account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Platform using your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, though you may register a new Account subject to these Terms.
god11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged Account inactivity (12 months or more), or risk management concerns. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your Account, including any remaining balance if the termination resulted from your breach of these Terms.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. god11 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month for dormant Accounts until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before any dormancy fees are applied.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact god11's customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours of initial contact.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team via email. We will investigate and provide a final decision within 14 business days. god11's decision on any dispute is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which god11 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
